  28. DDEESSCCRRIIPPTTIIOONN
  29.      This program lists files checked out via RCS.  If invoked as
  30.      rrccssiinnffoo,  it  prints  a  verbose  description  of each file,
  31.      including the name of each file, who locked it, its RCS ver-
  32.      sion  number,  and the date and time when it was locked.  If
  33.      invoked as rrccsstteellll, this program prints  just  the  name  of
  34.      each file that is checked out.  (This may be useful for con-
  35.      structs such as ``rrccssddiiffff `rrccsstteellll`''.)  In each  case,  the
  36.      --uu  option may be used to restrict output to files locked by
  37.      the caller.

  39.      If no files are locked, rrccssiinnffoo prints  a  message  to  that
  40.      effect  unless the --ss (silent) option is specified.  rrccsstteellll
  41.      prints nothing in either case.

  43.      By default, the program lists files controlled by  the  sub-
  44.      directory RRCCSS.  It may be directed to a different RCS direc-
  45.      tory by specifying the name of the directory on the  command
  46.      line.
